We're happy and pleased to announce the introduction of our new customer centre. Our new centre makes it much easier to manage your services and includes many improvements to make your user experience much more friendly. Some of the new features of this portal are:
- User-friendly interface with mobile support.
- Improved ticketing system making it easier to make support requests
- Network status page which contains up-to-date information of any outages
- Quick shortcuts to access your cloud sites account
You'll find a very similar interface as the one you're used to before from the tabs listed above. In addition, customers with cloud servers or public cloud services can access their control panel by clicking the "CloudConsole" link on the top navigation bar.
